YUMMY is the new cooking class series in Pasadena, California featuring a rotating all-star cast of guest chefs. YUMMY classes are select Saturdays from 10:30am to about 1:30pm in January, February and the beginning of March, 2014.
Our first Yummy cooking class series was a huge success featuring talented chefs like Eric Tucker (Millenium Restaurant in San Francisco), Victoria Moran (Main Street Vegan in New York City), Miyoko Schinner (author of Vegan Artisan Cheese and co-host of Vegan Mashup on PBS), Ramses Bravo (True North in Santa Rosa), Karyn Calabrese (Karyn’s Raw Cafe and Karyn’s Cooked, both in Chicago), Ann Gentry (Real Food Daily restaurants), and many more.
This is more than just a tastings class. Students at Yummy are well-fed, well-educated, and immersed in a diverse cooking class experience.
This fall we welcome chefs from restaurants like Sage Vegan Bistro, Stuff I Eat and Seed Kitchen.
Meat-eaters and vegetarians alike will learn a variety of techniques to make yummy food that tastes great and is good for you, too.
